Move off Zoho People without losing a single payslip
A guided switch from Zoho People to Indian HRM: export your employee data, run both systems in parallel for one cycle, and cut over with PF, ESI, and TDS records fully intact.
Teams of 50 to 500 finish the switch inside one payroll cycle, with zero missed PF or ESI filings during the changeover.
What the Zoho People integration does
Full export from Zoho People
We pull your employee master, salary structures, leave balances, and attendance history straight from Zoho's export files or API into Indian HRM.
Employee records mapped 1:1
Every profile lands with its UAN, ESIC number, PAN, bank details, and reporting manager intact, so nobody has to re-enter a thing.
Payroll structures rebuilt exactly
Basic, HRA, special allowance, PF at 12%, ESI splits, and PT slabs are recreated to match your last Zoho payslip to the rupee.
Leave and attendance carried over
Opening leave balances, comp-off credits, and past attendance move across so accruals continue without a reset to zero.
Historical payslips and Form 16 preserved
Past payslips, Form 16 parts A and B, and 24Q filing data stay accessible, so audits and employee requests never hit a dead end.
Parallel run before cutover
You run one full cycle on both systems and compare net pay line by line before Zoho is switched off.
Setup in four steps
- Export your Zoho People data — Download the standard employee, salary, leave, and attendance reports from Zoho, or hand us API access and we handle the pull.
- Map and import into Indian HRM — Our team matches every Zoho field to the right Indian HRM field, loads the data, and flags anything that needs your confirmation.
- Rebuild salary and statutory setup — We recreate CTC structures, PF and ESI rules, PT by state, and TDS regime choices, then reconcile against your latest payslips.
- Run one cycle in parallel — Process the same month in both systems, compare net pay and challans, and fix any mismatch before you commit.
- Cut over and archive Zoho — Once numbers match, you go live on Indian HRM and keep a read-only archive of Zoho for reference.
Why customers use this integration
- No payroll gap: your PF, ESI, and PT challans keep filing on schedule through the switch.
- Opening leave balances carry forward, so employees never lose earned or comp-off days.
- Historical payslips and Form 16 stay searchable for audits and past-employee requests.
- A parallel run catches rounding and structure mismatches before real money moves.
- Lower running cost per employee than Zoho People's per-user plans, with GST-compliant Indian invoicing.
Zoho People integration FAQs
Is my employee data safe during the migration?
Yes. Data moves over an encrypted channel and lands in an isolated tenant. We never touch your live Zoho instance until you sign off, and you keep a read-only Zoho archive after cutover.
How much downtime should I expect?
None for your team's daily use. The import and parallel run happen in the background. Employees keep marking attendance and applying for leave while we reconcile, and the actual cutover takes a few minutes.
Will payroll continue without a break?
Yes. We time the switch around your pay cycle and run one full month in parallel first. PF, ESI, PT, and TDS filings continue on schedule, and net pay is matched to your last Zoho run before you go live.
What does the migration cost?
Standard migration is included when you move to Indian HRM. There is no per-record export fee. You pay only your Indian HRM subscription, which is billed in rupees with a GST invoice and usually works out lower than Zoho People's per-user pricing.
Do we lose historical records like past Form 16s?
No. Past payslips, both parts of Form 16, and 24Q data are imported and stay accessible inside Indian HRM, so year-end audits and old employee queries are covered.
