HR problems unique to logistics
- Drivers and field staff have no fixed office and traditional biometric does not work
- Daily wage workers need timely disbursement, sometimes daily
- Multi state hub network needs PT and Shops compliance per location
- High accident risk needs ESI compliance and quick claim support
- Trip-based incentives need to flow from logistics software into payroll

FAQs about HRMS for logistics
How does GPS attendance work for drivers?
Driver opens the app at hub or trip start. App captures GPS coordinates and uploads to server. If hub is in the configured radius, punch is accepted. Works offline with later sync.
Can we pay drivers daily?
Yes. Configure pay frequency per employee or per group. Casual labour can be daily, full time drivers weekly, office staff monthly. The payroll engine handles all three cycles in parallel.
How does the platform handle trip-based pay?
Push trip data from your TMS via API or CSV. Configure the pay rule (per trip, per km, per stop, on-time bonus). The system computes per-employee earnings and merges into payroll.
What about driver document compliance?
Track DL expiry, PUC, vehicle insurance, fitness certificate. Alerts before expiry. Block trip assignment for expired documents. Audit trail of compliance status.
Does it integrate with our TMS?
Open API. Pre-built integrations for Fareye, LogiNext, and others. Custom integrations through the webhook API. Trip data, driver scheduling, and incentive data can all flow.
