Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

Most features need internet (live data, approvals, payslips). GPS check in works on weak connections and queues the punch for upload when signal returns. Payslips can be downloaded once and viewed offline.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your profile, payslip, and personal data are only visible to you, your reporting manager, HR, and finance for the data they need. Permissions are role based. Sensitive data like Aadhar and bank account is encrypted at rest.

What if I forget my password?

Reset link sent to your registered email. Or use single sign on if your company has Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 enabled. Mobile app supports biometric login (fingerprint or face).
