Pricing & Plans

How much does Indian HRM cost?

Foundation is ₹49 per employee per month, billed annually. Growth is ₹99 per employee per month. Enterprise is custom and includes dedicated infrastructure plus SLA. There is no setup fee, no per-module charge, and no discount-bait. The first 3 months are free with no credit card required.

Are there hidden charges or per-module fees?

No. Payroll, attendance, leave, ESS portal, mobile app, hiring ATS, and the WhatsApp AI assistant are all in every paid plan. SMS pricing pass-through is the only line item you'll see outside the per-employee fee.

Can I switch plans mid-year?

Yes. Upgrade is instant and prorated. Downgrade applies at the next billing cycle so you don't lose access to features you've configured.

Features & Coverage

Does Indian HRM handle PF, ESI, and TDS automatically?

Yes. PF at 12% plus 12% with the ₹15,000 wage-ceiling logic, ESI at 3.25% plus 0.75% on gross up to ₹21,000, TDS under both old and new tax regimes, state-wise Professional Tax. ECR files for EPFO and ESI challans generate ready to upload. Form 16 and Form 24Q are produced from frozen tax declarations.

Can it track field staff with GPS?

Yes. The mobile app captures GPS coordinates and a selfie at punch, with optional geofence boundaries around offices. Field employees see their visit history with timestamps and route logs.

Does it integrate with Tally or QuickBooks?

Yes. Payroll exports to Tally-compatible journal CSV. Bank-disbursement files for HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, and Kotak in NEFT and RTGS formats are built in.

Implementation & Migration

How long does setup take?

3 to 5 business days for most teams. We import your employee master, salary structures, leave balances, and last 6 months of attendance from Excel, Tally, Keka, greytHR, or Zoho People. You sign off on a sample payroll run, we go live.

Is migration support free?

Yes for any annual plan. Our team handles the data import and shadow-runs your first month so you can compare outputs against your old system.

Compliance & Updates

What happens when the budget changes a tax slab?

The tax engine updates centrally. Your March payroll run reflects the change automatically. PT slab revisions in Maharashtra or Karnataka land the same way. You don't update spreadsheets, we do.

Does Indian HRM follow the DPDP Act?

Yes. Personal data is stored in India-region AWS Mumbai. Access is role-based with audit logs on every read. Employees can request a data export or deletion through the portal, and HR can fulfil it in under 24 hours.

Mobile & Self-Service

Do employees need a separate licence for the mobile app?

No. The Android and iOS app is included for every employee on every plan, free.

Does the app work offline?

Punch-in queues locally when there is no signal and syncs when connectivity returns. The original punch timestamp is preserved.

Security & Data

Where is the data stored?

India region (AWS Mumbai). Backups encrypted at rest, transit over TLS 1.3.

Who can see employee salary data?

Only roles with the explicit payroll-view permission. The system has 132+ granular permissions and a complete audit log of who viewed what, when.

What support comes with each plan?

Foundation: email and chat support during business hours (10am to 7pm IST, Mon-Fri). Growth: same plus phone support. Enterprise: dedicated account manager and a written SLA.
