Free for every employee on every plan, no separate licence to buy.

The app is built for India: works on a 3G connection, queues punches offline and syncs when signal returns, supports English and Hindi out of the box, and uses biometric login (fingerprint or face unlock) so employees aren't typing passwords every shift.

What Employees Get on the App

Punch in with GPS and a selfie. Apply for leave with live balance and team coverage visible. Download any month's payslip from the join date forward. File an expense claim by snapping the bill. Submit tax declarations during the Jan to March window with proof uploads. Chat with the AI HR bot for "how many casual leaves do I have left" or "when is the next salary date." That's the day-to-day. No laptop required.

What Managers Get

Push notifications for leave requests, expense approvals, and regularization claims. One-tap approve or reject without opening the web dashboard. Live team-attendance view: who is checked in, who is on leave, who is running late. Pending-approvals badge counts so nothing slips.

Android Download

The Android app is on Google Play under "Indian HRM Employee." Install size is around 25 MB, runs on Android 7.0 and above. After install, your employee enters the company code (HR shares this once) and signs in with their work email. Biometric login is offered on the second sign-in.

iOS Download

The iOS app is on the App Store under "Indian HRM." Compatible with iPhone running iOS 13 or later. Same company-code-then-email flow. Face ID enrollment is offered after first login. Notifications go through Apple Push.

First-Time Setup

HR sends out the company code through the bulk-invite tool. Employees install, paste the code, sign in with email, and the app pulls down their profile, leave balance, and salary structure. Setup time is under 90 seconds per person.

Offline Mode

Field staff in low-signal areas can still punch in. The app stamps the GPS coordinates and timestamp locally, queues the entry, and pushes to the server the moment connectivity returns. The server respects the original punch time, not the sync time, so attendance reports stay accurate.
