About Indian HRM: Our Story & Mission

Indian HRM was founded with a simple mission: make professional HR management accessible to every Indian business, regardless of size. From bootstrapped startups with five employees to mid-market companies with five thousand, our platform delivers payroll, attendance, hiring, compliance, and employee engagement tools that work out of the box for Indian labour laws.

Our Vision

To become India's most trusted HR technology partner by building software that is affordable, intuitive, and deeply integrated with Indian statutory requirements: Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Professional Tax, the Payment of Bonus Act, the Payment of Gratuity Act, and the four labour codes that consolidate older legislation. Modern Indian HR software should not need a CA on retainer to keep up with the rules.

What We Believe

HR work in India is heavier than HR work in most markets. Eleven different statutory deductions, twenty-eight states with their own Professional Tax slabs, employee categories that span union members, contractors, gig workers, and full-timers, and a payroll cycle that has to close cleanly inside a fortnight every month. We believe the right software removes that complexity, not adds to it. Every feature we ship is reviewed against whether it makes an HR manager's Monday morning shorter.

What We Offer

40+ HR modules covering the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and applicant tracking through onboarding, payroll, attendance, performance reviews, learning, employee self-service, helpdesk, asset management, and exit settlement. Every module is built with Indian compliance and Indian work patterns in mind: GPS-verified field attendance, biometric integration, regional language support in the employee app, statutory bonus computed under the Payment of Bonus Act 1965, and Form 16 generated in the official CBDT format.

How We Build

Indian HRM is owned by Indian engineers based in India, with engineering teams in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. We are not a global product retrofitted for India. Every payroll engine release ships against the latest CBDT circulars, EPFO master directions, and ESIC notifications. Our roadmap is shaped by feedback from real HR managers on real payroll runs, not by chasing the latest American HR trend.
