The context
The Millennium School operates multiple campuses across India. Teaching staff, administration, support roles, and contract employees all need to be paid accurately every month with statutory deductions filed on time.
The challenge
Payroll, PF, and attendance ran on a patchwork of spreadsheets and per-campus Excel sheets. Month-end close took several days of back-and-forth between campus admins and the central finance team. Statutory filing was reactive, not scheduled.
What we did
Indian HRM consolidated all campuses on a single platform. Per-campus attendance feeds directly into one payroll run. PF, ESI, TDS, and PT calculations apply per employee per state. Statutory filings are generated as part of the close.
