The context
Edac runs manufacturing operations alongside field engineering and corporate office staff. Each group has its own attendance cadence, shift pattern, and pay structure. PF, ESI, and TDS filings cover all three.
The challenge
Three different employee categories meant three different payroll workflows. Statutory filing was a recurring three-day project at the end of every month. Mistakes meant penalties and rework.
What we did
Indian HRM handles all three workforce profiles in one platform. Factory shifts, field GPS attendance, and office punch-in all flow into one payroll run. Statutory deductions and filings auto-compute per the Code on Wages 2019 and ESIC rules.
