Indian HRM is hiring across engineering, sales, marketing, and content. We are a small, mostly-remote team in India shipping a real HR product to over 150 paying customers. The team you join here is the team that will write the code, sign the contract, and answer the support ticket. There is no layer.

PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax across 17 states, gratuity provisioning, statutory bonus, all of it is real code we own. Mistakes in our codebase show up as missing salary credits the next morning.
